For opened items, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to return an opened product, feel free to reach out to us. We’ll review your request and do our best to accommodate your situation.
Please note: Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable, and we cannot cover any return shipping costs.
Returns may be requested due to:
- The item being banned or restricted in your country
- An incorrect shipping address provided
- Refusal to pay customs fees
In these situations, once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund for the product’s cost, minus any fees or charges incurred during the return process.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
